When publishing content from Krastie to your CMS, empty fields usually mean a mapping mismatch between Krastie document fields and your CMS structure.

Check field mapping

  1. Open Integrations and select your connected CMS.
  2. Review each field mapping — title, body, slug, meta description, and custom fields.
  3. Confirm the CMS field names match what your content type expects.

Common causes

  • Wrong content type — The integration points to a CMS content type that does not include the fields you are trying to fill.
  • Renamed CMS fields — Fields changed in your CMS after the integration was set up.
  • Required vs. optional — Some CMS fields are required but not mapped in Krastie.
Remap fields and republish the document. If issues persist, contact info@krastie.ai.
