Visibility reports identify gaps. This guide covers how to close them using Krastie’s recommendations, content tools, and publishing workflow.

Start with recommendations

Open your visibility report and review the Recommendations panel. Each item includes:
  • What the issue is
  • Why it affects AI visibility
  • Difficulty level (easy, medium, hard)
  • Suggested fix
Work through easy items first for quick wins, then tackle medium and hard items that address competitive gaps on high-intent prompts.

Create visibility-optimized content

When recommendations call for new or updated content, use Krastie’s Content workspace:
  1. Open the recommendation or create a new document.
  2. Generate AI-optimized drafts that target the prompts where you are underperforming.
  3. Use Brand voice so content matches your site’s tone and entity signals.
  4. Run SEO score checks before publishing to catch structural issues.
Content optimized for AI visibility should:
  • Answer specific questions directly and early in the page
  • Include clear entity information (who you are, what you do, who you serve)
  • Use structured headings, FAQs, and comparison tables where relevant
  • Cite authoritative sources and link to related pages on your site

Fix existing pages

For pages that already rank on Google but do not appear in AI answers:
  • Use Improve content to rewrite sections for clarity and entity strength
  • Add FAQ blocks targeting prompts from your visibility report
  • Ensure title tags and meta descriptions clearly state your value proposition

Publish and measure

Connect your CMS integration to publish directly from Krastie, or export content manually. After changes go live:
  1. Wait for pages to be indexed (timing varies by site).
  2. Refresh your visibility report (see the pricing page for refresh limits on your plan).
  3. Compare mention and citation rates on the prompts you targeted.

Use the AI assistant

The Krastie assistant has access to your workspace context — visibility scores, traffic data, and documents. Ask questions like:
  • “What are my top visibility gaps?”
  • “Which prompts should I target first?”
  • “Draft an FAQ page for [prompt from my report]”
Enable workspace context when using chat in the app or via POST /v1/ai/generate/chat with useWorkspaceContext: true.
